Apartment Graber

We were welcomed warmly by the owner, and the apartment was spotless. The bedrooms have plenty of space and the beds are good quality, though the kitchen and living room could feel a little small with six people. The kitchen was very well supplied with good pans, lots of knives, and even a cheese slicer. The one thing we missed was a freezer compartment in the fridge. The location is handy: supermarkets, restaurants, sports shops with e-bike rentals, and the waterfall are all walkable. The owner suggested going up to the left and coming back down on the tourist route to the right. There’s a fee for that route, unless you bring your guest card. If you drive in via Gerlos Pass, there’s also a toll, with a day pass or an 8-day pass. And, typically Austrian (?), shoes have to come off indoors. It’s a wonderful, fully equipped place to stay, and the price and location make it easy to recommend.
