The scenic location is a real highlight, and the food was absolutely tasty, with no compromise. The waiters and waitresses were kind and helpful, as were the two young women at the Counter and the cleaning staff. I don’t think there’s anything to complain about. The amenities are shared with a four star hotel (Nationalparkhotel Klockerhaus), which is itself in a scenic spot. I’d absolutely recommend a 2-3 night stay. Visit the waterfalls, and if you can, go higher up to the Achental, which has a completely different vibe.

The room is clean and nice, and they give you a free entry card to the Kremmlers Falls. The location is excellent, close to many beautiful areas and experiences to try.

The waterfall is very close, and the spa was lovely. I’ll miss this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food was so tasty, with lots of choice, including gluten-free and lactose-free options.

The ski depot was pretty ridiculous, though the main hotel has a spacious, well-equipped one you can use. The rooms themselves are nice and huge, and you get all the amenities at the nearby hotel.

We were out most of the time, so the patchy Wi-Fi in our room was only a small issue. Having to walk over for check-in, breakfast, and dinner was a little inconvenient, but the service and price made it worth it.
