The shower head came completely off its tube on our first night. We were only staying one more night, so we didn't want to trouble reception, but it happened again the following evening. Water sprayed everywhere, and some got into my eye. It was really, really painful, especially since I'd had LASIK surgery some years ago. We'd booked a one-bedroom room but were somehow given a two-bedroom suite, which was a nice surprise for our two-night stay. It was spacious, with a kitchenette, living area, and a huge balcony with a nice view. Housekeeping did a great job, breakfast was decent with warm food, and there was a coffee machine in the room. The suite's heating didn't work well in the living room or shower area, though maybe we hadn't turned something on. It was chilly at night and early in the morning, even though we visited in spring. The receptionist who checked us in was doing her job, but greeted us with a cold, unhappy expression, perhaps after working long hours. When we checked out, nobody asked for comments or feedback, so this is probably the first time we've shared our thoughts. We didn't feel very good about the hotel, but thanks for the stay anyway.

The staff were helpful, friendly, and attentive, and breakfast was generous and delicious. We had a great stay in a modern, comfortable, and spacious suite. We'd highly recommend it.

The breakfast was a delight, with plenty of homemade treats. Our room was very spacious, and we had private access to the lake. Fantastic place.
