I turned up here spontaneously while looking for a bar in Kufstein and didn't know the place. The staff explained everything, and I was really happy I came in. The whole evening was the best, from the people and atmosphere to the music. I ordered a Mojito, one of the best I've had in my life. Great place to spend an evening. Thanks a lot to Sona 🫶, Bojan and Pascal. See you soon 😊

The hotel is pretty, with good breakfast and hospitality, and the restaurant food was delicious. But a meal and drink cost $75 per person, so you need deep pockets. The televisions were small, older models, with no English subtitles or Netflix login. After a long day sightseeing, we also found there was no power in the wall outlets to charge our phones when we took the room key.

The rooms are tiny, and so is the shower. I chose this hotel because it had underground parking, but it was out of service for renovations and they hadn't announced that. That was pretty upsetting.

The food was excellent, though the menu was limited, and I understand there's a new chef. It's quite an elegant and convenient hotel, with nicely appointed rooms, although room quality varies. I highly recommend it. Like at most European hotels, there's no laundry service, which feels odd and frustrating as an American traveler.
