Breakfast was superb, and the staff were so friendly. They even suggested places for dinner, and the pizza spot just around the corner was great. The hotel was spotless and centrally located. We drove about 20 minutes to ski in Soll, which worked out really well. Thanks for a great stay.

After arriving worn out as a large group of cyclists, we were met with hospitality that was friendly, polished, and incredibly efficient. The staff were lovely, and breakfast was delicious. Our rooms were stylish, clean, and comfortable, and the wellness centre has lovely alpine views. Many thanks!

The sauna and spa upstairs were really nice, and the hotel was clean and uncluttered. We came with our two small, energetic children, and everyone was pleasant and friendly with them. The breakfast room staff were especially kind and helpful, and the reception team were welcoming too. There was no kettle in the room, though that was a minor flaw. Good service and friendly, professional people make a stay enjoyable, and this hotel seems very well managed. We hope to return.

We'd certainly come back if we're in town again. The staff were great, welcoming, and helpful, and the sauna was lovely, though its 90-degree heat may be too much for some. It's an Austrian sauna, so expect people to be nude. Breakfast costs 14 euros per person per day. It was a nice buffet, and you could ask for an omelette. There are no restaurants after breakfast. One thing I found really annoying was the lift: your room card only lets you go to your own floor, so if you're with a group on different floors, you can't visit unless someone comes to collect you.
