The location is right on the slope, with road access and accommodating parking, and the Wi-Fi is good. We also liked the large smart TV, bathroom, room, coffee, hazelnut schnapps on arrival, friendly three-person staff, and the foosball table in the technical room. The kitchen is fully equipped, though it seems odd to cook for yourself after paying for a 4+ star hotel. The room itself is nice, but the website sells it as an apartment when it's really a hotel room with a kitchen beside the bed and no separation. Basic services are missing too: no cleaning service, pool, room service, lobby, conference room, room phone for reception, or included breakfast. Breakfast costs €19 and is limited to salami, cheese, a few vegetables, and eggs on request. The restaurant sometimes closes without notice. In this small resort, where most places shut early, you could be left without dinner if you don't quickly find takeaway. The food is alright, but dishes reuse a very limited set of ingredients and the prices are unreasonable. Almost anywhere else in the resort costs a quarter as much. Even a two-course meal on the slope, where deliveries are harder, runs €20-27, and clear beef soup at Sissi Bistro is close to that price. They advertise a daytime menu but aren't open during the day. It's also a Hungarian hotel in Austria, with Hungarian staff and customers and a flag in the parking lot. That's not really a problem, but it took us a while to work out how to switch the TV from Magyar to English. The website gives the impression of a high-end hotel; to me, this is more like an Airbnb with breakfast and dinner options that overcharges.

We paid €19 for breakfast, which was limited to salami, cheese, a few vegetables, and eggs if requested, and the restaurant's food selection reused the same few ingredients. The prices are the main problem: you can eat for about a quarter of the cost elsewhere in the resort. A two-course meal on the slope costs €20-27 despite the harder supply access, while a clear beef soup at Sissi Bistro is nearly the same price. The supposed daytime menu is a bit of a joke since the restaurant isn't open during the day. Sometimes it also closes without warning, which can leave you stuck for food in this small resort where other places shut early. On the plus side, we liked the big smart TV, bathroom, room, coffee, and hazelnut schnapps on arrival. The Wi-Fi was good, the three staff members were friendly, and there's a foosball table in the technical room. The location is right on the slope, with road access and ample parking. The kitchen is fully equipped, though it seems odd to need to cook in what's presented as a 4+ star hotel. The site calls these apartments, but there's no separation between the hotel room and kitchen beside the bed. Other basic services were missing too: no cleaning service, pool, room service, lobby, conference room, room phone to reception, or breakfast included. This is a Hungarian hotel in Austria, with Hungarian staff and guests and a Hungarian flag in the lot. That isn't necessarily an issue, though figuring out how to change the TV from Hungarian to English took some effort. The website makes it look like an upscale hotel; this felt more like an Airbnb with meal options that charges far too much.

I was here for a work trip and had a pleasant stay. The apartment was in good shape, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were helpful and attentive. We had an early start and missed breakfast, so they packed a huge box of sandwiches, fruit, and yoghurt for us to take along.

For €2000, we ended up with unpleasant staff and about half a dozen cold showers because there was no hot water at times. The parking area hadn't been cleared on arrival, so we had to park in the only way we could. The next day they warned us that we'd parked improperly. Food also took ages to come, even though nobody else was in the restaurant. At least overpriced is an understatement.

We only went to the restaurant, where the service was painfully slow. We were the only guests, yet waited 40 minutes for a Germknödel that was already cooked. The staff kept ignoring us, and it felt like they wanted us to leave. The food was disgusting too. I wouldn't recommend going there for a quick lunch.
