We booked through booking.com, expecting the beautiful attic apartment shown in the main photo. The unit we were given was different. It seemed to us that photos from several apartments had been combined, with the nicest, top-floor one used as the profile picture for the lower units. Since photos influence bookings, we found this misleading. We were already checked in when we, two friends from Canada, politely asked the woman who had been communicating with us whether the bedding could be changed during our week-long stay. She replied rudely. Later, a friend staying in Sölden came by for a few hours, and her attitude was still unprofessional and quite inappropriate. That’s not how guests should be treated. After this experience, we wouldn’t stay here again.

The hosts are lovely, and check-in was super easy. We’ve stayed at the Alpenchalet in Längenfeld twice now. The ground-floor room was beautiful, with high-quality furnishings and a bathroom for everyone.
