We’ve stayed here in both winter and summer, and each visit was amazing. The area is peaceful, close to the ski area, and the modern apartment was very clean. The housemasters are exceptionally kind and helpful. We’d be happy to return and can sincerely recommend the place.

Sara, the landlady, really made the stay for me. She’s warm and cheerful, happy to answer questions, and gave us useful tips, including for ski tours. The apartment itself was clean and tidy, with a lovely balcony and a country-style look full of wood. It’s Apartment Luca (Apartment B), on the first floor of a building where the owners also live. There’s no separate living room or comfortable seating, which was a pity. You can request bread rolls and fresh farm eggs, and there’s a separate room for drying ski gear. Parking is in the courtyard. It’s quiet, and the ski bus stop is nearby for getting into Sölden. A great alternative, especially with the parking situation. We had a wonderful vacation with such a friendly hostess!

The owner was friendly and very helpful, and Aqua Dome is about a 20-minute walk away. Apart Luca can arrange a 10% discount there. The apartment was beautiful and tidy, around 15 minutes from Sölden, with a bus stop a five-minute walk away. In winter, the cross-country trail runs right in front of the house, and there’s a ski room with a boot warmer.
