Hotel Vier - Studios & Restaurant

We stayed several days. The spa was included in the price, and the hotel itself was gorgeous and clean. Still, our stay wasn't especially enjoyable. We were charged for cleaning that barely happened: they took out the trash, but didn't change the towels or really clean the room. Dinner was a big disappointment too. We waited an hour, and the food seemed to be made from low-quality frozen, pre-made ingredients. The cocktails were awful. My Whisky Sour tasted like orange juice from a carton. Was that meant as a joke?

The kitchen had every detail covered, and it was the first hotel kitchen I've used where nothing was missing. Our room had a stunning view, and the rooms were beautiful and nicely decorated. The small spa was good, and there's a lovely designed seating area on the roof. Parking was plentiful, with everything just a short drive away. In summer, they provide a free ticket for many attractions and cable cars. The staff were very nice and helpful with everything. Perfect in every way.

This family-run apartment place has spacious units, a very comfortable bed, and everything was amazingly clean and tidy. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We also loved the superb sauna and jacuzzi, the nice view, and all the parking space. The food in the restaurant was delicious.

We stayed in one of their studios for nine nights and had dinner at the restaurant on three of them. Each meal exceeded our expectations, with everything freshly prepared and lovingly put together. The studios are thoughtfully designed, and you can feel how much care they put into being good hosts. The wellness area is well worth recommending too. We'd love to return someday.
