The food was one of the best parts of our stay. Every meal was a treat, with plenty of choice and fresh regional ingredients. We also loved the spa and the range of activities, and the hotel is beautifully maintained, with modern comforts that sit nicely in the natural surroundings. Our room felt stylish and comfortable, and the view over nature made it easy to relax. The staff were consistently helpful, attentive, and friendly. We felt at ease from the moment we arrived, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. Thanks to the team for such a lovely stay. We’d be glad to return.

The gym was fine, though it could use a proper cable machine instead of the single multi-gym machine. My wife and daughter were big fans of the pool and spa, and we all enjoyed the yoga classes. The meals were out of this world, and the rooms were incredibly comfortable. There are beautiful spaces all through the hotel, clearly designed with a lot of thought. It was probably our best stay for relaxation and food. We had a fabulous time and will definitely come back.

The hotel is gorgeous, and the staff are so lovely. We really enjoyed the fresh, delicious food, and the spa and sauna were unlike anything we’d experienced before. A beautiful stay, highly recommend.

The family staff were friendly, the welcome was warm, and the food was good. Their excellent service reflects the family's steady commitment to maintaining a high level of quality every day, which is a real challenge these days. Kudos to the Family Auer and employees for going the extra mile. I was delighted to spend a full week at Naturhotel Waldklause. They can’t control the weather, of course, but we got lucky with that too. The experience was great.
