We stayed on the whole third floor of the old house, so there were no neighbors. Our apartment had a large balcony with a breathtaking view, plus a spacious living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and separate toilet. The hotel sits in central Lech among gorgeous mountains. It has the old building and two newer ones, and the place itself is beautiful. The restaurant is nice, and the crew were friendly and very helpful. We also enjoyed relaxing in the comfortable pool and sauna. We’d happily come back, and this definitely wasn’t our only visit. 😊

The skiing was impeccable, and the practical details were all covered, from hiring skis in the hotel to borrowing a sledge to get the kids around town. We were there with our three- and five-year-olds, and the staff were so attentive. They even let us choose what the girls wanted for dinner, then the chef made it for them. The service is faultless, better than at many four- and five-star hotels I’ve stayed in. Dinner was UNBELIEVABLE, with beautifully presented courses each night. I can’t find a single fault. This was the worst experience I’ve had in Lech. Our car was damaged in their parking lot, and they now refuse to give us the video that might show who did it. After I complained, one of the owners grabbed me and pushed me out the door. I believe he was the one who damaged the car because we saw green paint on it that came from him. Service and breakfast were terrible too, and the beds were rock solid. There are many other nice hotels in Lech.

We felt at home in this cozy house, and the staff clearly look after it with care. Hotel Auenhof is spotless, and the food was exquisite, fresh, and varied. We enjoyed exploring the extensive wine list each night, with knowledgeable staff to guide us. The location is excellent too, on a quiet street just meters from the Rufikopf Seilbahn, with a direct view and sound of the River Lech. Thank you for an INCREDIBLE stay. TOP address, TOP team! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A relaxing hotel for a ski holiday. The rooms are great, the food is good, and the staff are fantastic. Thoroughly recommend it.
