Breakfast was great, and the afternoon appetizers were a nice thing to come back to after skiing. They don't serve dinner, which suited us well since it gave us a reason to try Lech's restaurants each evening. The hotel is in a quiet residential spot, about a five-minute walk from Schloffkops Sesselit Talstation, which opens at 8:30 sharp. Getting back on skis can be done, but only if you know the local route and its secret passageways! The rooms have clearly been renovated, are kept in excellent shape, and the beds are so comfortable you might be tempted to miss first tracks. Frau & Herr Grabher were wonderfully kind and kept the desk open for our 11:30 PM arrival, even though it usually closes at 9:00 PM. Ask ahead and they'll also have your ski pass ready at reception. A superb stay, and we'd love to return if we're lucky enough to get our dates.

We left feeling very grateful to everyone, and especially to the ladies who cleaned our room. They were exceptionally caring and friendly, a real treasure. Everything was impeccable, and we appreciated how much effort went into making each day good for guests. We enjoyed our stay at your lovely boutique hotel, even though our health was quite compromised while we were there. In all our travels around the globe, we've never felt this much attention to guest welfare as we did at Hotel Panorama. Hope to see you again someday.

Breakfast and afternoon tea were a lovely bonus, and the rooms were great. The owners and staff gave us such a warm welcome. My family and I enjoyed every moment in this beautiful hotel. Thank you for looking after us!

We fell for Lech am Arlberg as much as we did the hotel. The staff made us feel at home, sharing activity advice and restaurant suggestions, then arranging reservations for us. They even moved us to a room with more space for our son. We'll be back soon!

The family who own the place are wonderful, and we felt right at home. Rooms were super comfortable, everything was clean, and the food was amazing. There's a cute spa and fantastic underground parking too. Such a gem. Can't wait to come back, and I highly recommend it.
