We had a family lunch here this weekend and really enjoyed the food. The room has a lovely atmosphere, with carved wooden furniture, new wooden walls, and exposed brick displaying old bottles. The menu has some interesting choices too, like soup served in bread.

This is a small hotel in the village of Lenzing, with a restaurant and beer garden that gets plenty of visitors in summer. A few cafés, bars, and restaurants are nearby, and supermarkets are an easy 5-10 minute walk away. Free WiFi and breakfast are offered. Room sizes vary: some of the top-floor rooms under the roof are a bit small, while others have enough space for two. Bathroom supplies are very basic, just small bottles of soap and shampoo. There is also a laundry service, which is unusual for a small village hotel and useful since many business travelers stay here.
I stayed here for a business trip, and it did what I needed since my office was within walking distance. The hotel also provides bicycles for an evening ride. Breakfast is pretty much the same each day.
Avoid this place. I've stayed in over 1,000 hotels, and I've never had customer service this bad. I was here for work, otherwise I would've left right away. The problem started when I went down for breakfast and the receptionist asked whether I'd left my underwear on the floor the day before. I wondered why it mattered. The older cleaning lady, though the other one is friendly, spoke to me like I was garbage and said she didn't want to touch other people's underwear. She called it disgusting more than once, in a really offensive tone. I told her she could just clean around it. I was thinking that if one day's worn underwear bothered her that much, I had to wonder whether she ever cleaned toilets or changed the bed sheets. I said maybe this wasn't the right job for her. That's advice, not swearing, though I expect they'll later claim I swore at her. The receptionist took the cleaner's side, said normal people wouldn't leave underwear on the floor, and laughed while talking to me. When I asked to speak to her boss, she said the boss already knew and thought it wasn't okay either. So the boss had heard about one pair of underwear left on a random room's floor, and still allowed staff to speak to me like that. What? The worst customer care I've ever experienced.
A friendly, family-run hotel with a micro-brewery. The bar and restaurant are busy, and serve simple but good food. Rooms are clean and pleasant.
