We stayed in the apartments in 2024 and came back in 2025, and we’ll definitely return. The fenced garden is especially handy with dogs, as even my Chihuahua and Bernese Mountain Dog can’t wander off. The apartment is comfortable, clean, and has everything we need. Mrs. Rosskogler is friendly, easy to reach, and happy to suggest restaurants, outings, and events. Her mother is also lovely, loves animals, and is there right away if something comes up. We and our dogs felt right at home.

The central but peaceful location, just a short walk from the main square, made for a relaxing stay. My wife and I spent three months at Auszeit Leoben 1 and felt very much at ease. The terrace and lovingly landscaped garden are lovely places to unwind. Inside, the holiday home is in great condition, very clean, and furnished with care. It’s fully equipped, with nothing missing. We’d gladly recommend it.

Spar is only a 2-3 minute walk away, and the parking spot is right outside the building. We had a really relaxing stay. The apartment is modern, clean, and thoughtfully put together, with everything we needed: a washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, two smart TVs, capsule coffee machine, tea, and an iron. We’d happily come back and recommend it.

We were disappointed by how things turned out when we moved to Leoben from abroad. We had contacted Auszeit directly by email, rather than through Booking or Airbnb, hoping to stay in one of the apartments for a month while looking for a place of our own. We agreed on the price and dates, and I immediately asked whether a deposit was needed. They replied, “Okay, then I'll book it for you right away,” but didn’t answer the deposit question. Three days before we were due to arrive, I followed up about payment and learned the apartment had been booked because I hadn’t paid a deposit. We had to find somewhere else in a hurry, which raised our costs considerably. It seems there was a communication mix-up, and I can only assume they forgot to tell us about the deposit. When I asked what had happened, I got neither an explanation nor an apology, which made the whole situation especially disappointing.
