Asia Hotel & Spa Leoben Hotel

The staff were a real pleasure, always answering questions and helping with requests with a smile. The facilities were spotless and impeccably maintained. Leoben was new to me, and I found it very quiet, a good setting for anyone worn out by business who needs peaceful rest. Having a hotel this satisfying in a city like Leoben feels like a real blessing.

I won’t be coming back. The place costs too much for what you get, and the way some staff treat customers is completely unprofessional. I’m not talking about everyone, since a few of the women were nice and responded professionally. But the black-haired, middle-aged woman at reception spoke harshly when I asked to replace my completely wet towel. I had a day pass and understood that entitled me to a replacement, but she said I had to pay €2. The money wasn’t the issue, it was her tone. Closing time is 9 PM, yet at 8:40 PM a young man with light hair came around and more or less kicked people out. The heavier blonde woman at the bar was extremely rude too, setting down my drink like she was doing me a favor. And by the outdoor pool, you can smell all the burnt oil coming from the kitchen.

The place was hideous, and the people were awful. Service itself was nice, but everyone here seemed unfriendly. Kids can’t even play without getting yelled at. Don’t waste your money, I wouldn’t recommend it. If I could, I’d give it zero stars.

For a four-star hotel, this felt like a two-star motel. The bed was ridiculous, like something from a hostel. The first day was okay, but on the second, 13th nov 25, the girl at reception was no help at all. I called for an iron, waited 30 minutes, then went down and she had the nerve to say she’d call. Another 45 minutes passed without an ironing board, so I asked the cleaning lady in the hall and she gave me one. At checkout, the same useless receptionist didn’t say anything about the carpark ticket.
