Chalet Franz

We had a sewage overflow, though it was fixed. The place was clean and secluded, with a rustic feel, but seems better suited to four people.

The only small thing we missed was a radio. There was just one music channel on the TV, but the Wi-Fi was excellent, so bringing our own phone speaker would have solved it. We hadn't thought of that. We stayed in the lower of the two apartments, right by the forest rather than in town or a big apartment block. It was beautiful there, especially with the snow. The two bedrooms had really comfortable beds, and the living room sofa was comfy too. The compact kitchen had everything we needed, including an oven, dishwasher, fridge with a small freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. Kitchen towels, a sponge, and dishwasher tablets were provided. Everything was nicely furnished. The host sent activity suggestions by email beforehand, which helped a lot. They were friendly and quick to respond.

Communication with the owners was easy, friendly, and welcoming. It felt like our vacation had started as soon as we booked. We were a group of friends with a child and loved the apartments, outdoor area, and sauna. Everything was spotless, with bathrooms that looked new, bathrobes for the sauna, and a fully equipped kitchen with pans and knives in excellent condition. The heating worked well, even with heaters built into the mirrors. The beds had mattress toppers and plenty of blankets. The house and apartments are beautiful, stylish, well heated, and thoughtfully decorated. There are lovely places to visit nearby, and the inn around the corner is well worth a visit, with chickens, a dog, and a big playground. We'll be back. Greetings from Munich.

We had a wonderful time here with the children, and our hostess was very friendly. The modern house was in great shape and everything worked perfectly. The chalet is close to the Leutasch ski lift, Seefeld is easy to reach, and Triendlsäge restaurant is within walking distance. Thank you!
