The mountain view is lovely, and you’re seated right by the lake your fish comes from. The menu has plenty of choice, with fresh local ingredients and food that’s really well prepared and tasty. The wine was lovely too, and the waitresses were especially kind and the service was great. We’d be happy to come back.
We’ve been coming here in both winter and summer for seven years, and the trout, fresh from the lake, is amazing. The service has been excellent too. I can’t imagine the people who left the bad reviews were at the same restaurant as us. This is a place with real quality.
The Apfelstrudel was delicious, and the fish menu was just as good. They have their own trout farm, so the fish is always fresh.
The service came across as intolerant, and the English menu didn’t describe the food well. It also left out allergy information. I got the impression that money mattered a lot in the way the service was handled.
We weren’t given a warm welcome, and the staff experience was poor. Tables seemed to be served at random. After waiting 25 minutes for someone to take our order, I left. I didn’t get to try the food.
