The breakfast was amazing each morning, and the staff were lovely while giving us space. The hotel is handy for hiking trails and a swimming pool, with a supermarket and petrol station close by. There are two free parking areas, too. Our room was huge, with a kitchen, a big bathroom, a walk-in shower, and a great hairdryer. The bed was large and comfortable, and the balcony had a beautiful mountain view. I liked that the lights could switch between warm and cool tones. The room smelled amazing every time we came back, and I wish I knew what they used. Sauna access was included in the room price. Check-in after hours was easy, everything had been left ready for us at the reception desk. Honestly, one of the best hotels I've stayed in.

The spacious rooms and amazing view were real pluses, and the hotel looked just like its photos. It might suit someone after a secluded place, but the service left me with mixed feelings. There was someone at reception only from 08:00 to 10:00 in the morning, with phone service outside those hours. Cleaning happened only every two days, had to be requested in advance, and was available only from 08:00 to 10:00. If you didn't want to get up early, your room could go uncleaned for the whole stay. We also got just one room key, with a warning of a €150 charge if it was lost. Parking was a nightmare. There were few spaces, including at the alternative lot, and if you arrived late when the hotel was full, there was nowhere to park. This didn't feel like the service level expected of a self-rated four-star hotel.

We had a family room for four and loved our stay. There was easy access to lots of toboggan options, ski slopes, and the Seefeld Christmas markets. Parking was straightforward, with a great supermarket down the road. The hotel has a good restaurant, and there are good places to eat nearby too.

We had a deluxe suite on the 3rd floor, and it was really spacious. The pillow menu was the best surprise. The sauna area was cosy and lovely, and the service at breakfast was very nice. Breakfast itself was basic, but good quality. We'll definitely recommend this place!

The beds were soft and comfortable, and I liked the modern decor throughout. There are two comfortable saunas and a relaxation area. Parking was limited, with spaces tighter than usual. There was no staff physically available after 12pm, so check-in had to be arranged in advance. The sauna opened at 4pm instead of the promised 2pm every day, and they wouldn't turn it on earlier. That was a deciding factor in choosing this hotel, so I was disappointed. The bathroom looked cheaply fixed up, with a visibly poor paint job and lots of old holes in the tiles. Breakfast was well below average by Austrian standards, both for selection and quality. The coffee was horrible too.
