This was my first visit, with my German boyfriend. I’m Thai, and I was touched by how friendly and welcoming the hotel owner was. The accommodation and restaurant were lovely, and the mountains and fields around us made for such a pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast was prepared with great care. I hope we can come back and stay again next year. ❤️🇦🇹❤️🇩🇪🥰🙏🙏

The location worked really well for us. The ski area is a 3-minute drive away, the cross-country track is next door, and there’s a nice, inexpensive Italian restaurant a 1-minute walk away. The rooms were comfortable, and waking up to the sun rising behind the mountains was amazing. Breakfast could be a little better, though it wasn’t a big issue.

Nikolaus was a great host, and our room had plenty of space. It was an excellent base near both the mountains and the bus stop.

We had a west-facing balcony with sun loungers and a parasol after choosing a slightly more luxurious room, and it was really spacious. The hotel serves breakfast only, though it was excellent, so we ate out each evening. There are lots of places to choose from, and the owners had some good suggestions. We also rented one of the roughly six e-bikes available at the hotel. They were good for exploring the mountains, and a fun way to see the area alongside hiking.

The thoughtful little touches in this place make it feel like a home away from home. We arrived for my daughter's wedding, and the warm welcome, plus the kind help with my wrinkled blazer, really made my day. I've already decided we'll stay here again when we come to visit our children. Thank you so much! 🌺
