The staff, from the owner to the waiters, were fantastic and made us feel very welcome. We had a delicious dinner and then a superb breakfast with plenty of tasty choices. I happened across this wonderful place by chance on the roadside just outside Lienz, and I highly recommend it!

We had a great meal at the restaurant downstairs, and breakfast was very good too. The rooms are modern, clean, and spacious, and the owners are very friendly. I recommend it 100%.

Hunger sent us to the brewery inn one evening, and we were glad we ended up there. The menu is small but excellent, with proper pub food: braised pork cheeks, stuffed oxtail (!!), and the BEST Schlutzkrapfen (filled pasta) I’ve ever had. The non-alcoholic Falkensteiner was wonderful too, and don’t be misled by the Gösser sign! A surprisingly lovely, really enjoyable experience!

The room was beautiful and new, and the food was excellent, though it could have been hotter. The service was very friendly. As far as I know, the gentleman was from Vienna. Since it’s on the main road, the noise can be bothersome, so keep the window closed when you sleep.
