The rooms were okay, but looked very worn, and the art in the rooms was missing. There were just bad prints and pretentious art names for the floors. The whole art hotel concept was bullshit. At reception, they told me I hadn't paid for breakfast, even though I had. I had to contact trip.com and get them to call the hotel to sort it out. I wasted time proving that I'd already paid for a service. The service was terrible.

The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly. The rooms were nicely appointed with modern furnishings. Breakfast looked good, with a solid choice of coffee and tea, bread and cheeses, plus hot food. It also worked really well for families with young children. A great experience.

Right beside the bridge over the Danube, the hotel is nicely central. From there we could easily walk to the main square across the river and up to the basilica on the hill overlooking town. The rooms are modern, though a big window from the bed into the bathroom and a balcony shared with other rooms are odd touches. Some furniture was worn, and there was no bedside light. Breakfast was average. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back someday.

For one night, the experience was okay, but the room wasn't worth the price. The hotel is handy for the city center, though it's right by a tram track, with noise and vibrations passing every 7-10 minutes. In warmer months, it's hard to sleep with the windows shut and there's no air conditioner. They had a table fan, but it didn't do enough to manage the heat or improve airflow.

A lovely lobby, friendly staff and great service. The location is strategic, close to Linz main station and the airport. Best of the best! I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance to visit Linz.
