Our lakeside house stay felt special, with thoughtful touches throughout, lovely design, and pictures on the walls that made us curious about the stories behind them. Breakfast was great, and the hostess was wonderfully unpretentious. Thanks for that! You almost don’t want to recommend a place like this too widely, or it might go from a hidden gem to fully booked. Still, we highly recommend it. The food at the nearby restaurants and the places we visited was fantastic too.

Everything was wonderfully easy, and the house had so much attention to detail. We had a wonderful stay, including a fantastic yoga session, and were even able to borrow an extra swim belt for our little one. Perfect.

Breakfast was a real highlight, thanks to Manu, the incredibly kind housekeeper who put so much effort into making our weekend special. We loved the peaceful setting, the lovely apartment, and being able to get to the lake and the path along its shore. Our weekend at the "Haus am See" was wonderful. We’d love to come back for another short break.

There’s a great shallow bathing spot here, and families have plenty to keep kids busy, including animals and a playground. The rooms are modern and roomy. The owner is also a qualified yoga instructor and offers weekend classes for guests. Highly recommend those.
