We only needed a place for one night and got to the room at around 22:30. For the price, the room was normal, but it was unbelievably cold. We slept wearing jackets and all our clothes, and barely got a few hours of sleep. The site has a chat robot, but the phone number only works until 18:00, so there didn't seem to be any real 24/7 help. I was just waiting for morning so we could leave.

The hotel itself is really nice, which makes this a shame. With the window shut, the room became too hot, and the temperature control did nothing. It seemed like the air conditioning wasn't working, so opening the window was the only way to cool it down. That meant trying to sleep beside a busy, noisy road, and I had a restless night. It ruined my stay.

I booked very late as a last resort after airport delays, and the tablet check-in made that possible. The room was very clean, and check-in and check-out are both done on a tablet, so you can arrive whenever you need to. There's no reception, though, and late at night there's no employee to contact if something comes up. There are no breakfast or dining options either. Prices are okay, and they have accessible rooms with adapted bathrooms. A good choice for a night while passing through.

A pleasant self-service place if you just need somewhere to spend the night. But in summer the rooms get so hot, and there's no air conditioning to control it, that sleeping is almost impossible. Maybe the heating works in winter.
