The self-catering apartment with a balcony was just right for our family break. We had a lovely view of maria alm and the mountains, and the apartment was awesome. The host was friendly and welcoming. He doesn't speak English, but we managed everything okay. A perfect holiday in Austria, and we'll definitely come back ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ Fully recommended, perfect, and totally worth it 👍 👍

We loved every minute here and will see you next year! The host was very kind, and the apartment was cozy, clean, and perfectly equipped. He didn't charge for our puppy. The setting was fantastic, and the nearby forest holds a treasure for God seekers.

Mr. Rieder was friendly and attentive without being intrusive, ready to help with questions and keen to make the stay pleasant. The apartments aren't modern, but they're clean and have what you need. Wi-Fi was generally good, with a few brief interruptions, and there's a washing machine and dryer in the building. Waste separation is taken seriously, and the value for money is excellent. The views of Maria Alm and the mountains are breathtaking. It's peaceful, but Maria Alm is only a few minutes away, and it's a great base for different hikes. We came by public transport, using the hourly bus between Saalfelden and Dienten/Hochkönig and the hiking bus. Everything works wonderfully in this car-free region. We'd love to return.

The apartment was clean, comfortable for 4 people, and well equipped. The owner was very kind and helpful. The house is easy to reach, in a very good location, and has a beautiful view.
