We were there as a group and were very well looked after. The place is beautiful and clean, the service is fantastic, and the food is amazing. The children's room is a dream, and everyone was so friendly.

The food and wine never let us down, and the service is always friendly and welcoming. The Almhof is one of our favourite places to eat in Hinterthal, with a great mix of traditional and modern Austrian hospitality. We love bringing visiting guests here for dinner. Highly recommended!

Dinner was nice, and the waiters were polite and friendly. The boss served us and was friendly at first too. But when I tried to tell her the mushrooms were really sandy, she brushed it off and said they were supposed to be like that. I insisted I couldn’t even eat them, but she just stared without responding. I said she didn’t need to bring me another portion and that I’d eat the rest of my food. She only said “OK” and walked away. :( I wasn't happy that she didn't take me seriously.
