The rooms were good and clean, though there was no AC. The location is good, and there is parking that can fit vans. The cleaner was really helpful when I arrived to check in, since there were no signs saying reception was in a different building from the room. The view and the place itself are amazing. At check-in, the receptionist was good, but I think they should explain more about the cards for the cable cars and such, because everyone seemed confused. By the end, though, she became very rude. I had a pile of clothes I didn't want because there wasn't room for them in the car, and I thought the cleaner could just throw them away. She asked us to collect them at checkout, which was totally fine. I went upstairs and got all the clothes, then took them to the trash station. She came out from the back and said, in a rude way, “No, no, no, it's a huge trash.” My clothes wouldn't have made a difference there. Even if she'd said no politely, I would have understood, but she was smiling and shouting “No, no, no” as if I were crazy. I already had one bag in the trash, and she made me pull it back out and put it in my car. Having to reach into the trash to get the bag was on another level. The place and the view are amazing, so why not keep that going by having polite people work there?
