Landhaus Herzog

Our five-person family had a wonderful ski holiday with our dachshund, and the children say it was their best one yet. Hinterthal is very quiet, with great access to the ski lift. There’s also a beautiful circular path that worked perfectly for walking the dog every day. The apartment was cozy and full of thoughtful details. We especially liked the roomy, well-equipped kitchen, which made it easy to cook for ourselves, and the daily bread delivery. The apartment was spotless again, thoughtfully furnished, and exceptionally well equipped. We stayed a few days at Herzog's once more, and the landlords gave first-class service. They brought us cake and helped us without hesitation when an emergency came up.

In winter, the Hochmais ski lift is only a few minutes away, and in summer the apartment makes a great base for hikes. It’s in a prime spot in Hinterthal, in a family-friendly setting. The place is cozy, lovingly furnished, and well equipped. We highly recommend it and would happily return.

The mountain views are lovely, and trails and ski slopes start right outside. Getting here by bus or train was easy, too. There were four of us and our little dog, and the apartment had everything we needed. It was spotless, well equipped, and comfortably furnished. The hosts were warm and helpful. We’d happily come back.
