We stayed for four days in June 2024 and would gladly come back. The apartment complex is run by the owner and her family, who were all super nice and helpful. The apartment was very clean, with new furniture and modern finishes. It had all the kitchen basics we needed, including a good-sized fridge, oven, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and espresso machine, plus dishes and pots. The washing machine, dryer and iron were in a clean, tidy shared area, with detergent provided. The location is right in front of the Telefreak, and management gave us a free ticket to use it. Thanks to the owner, her sons and daughter-in-law. Wishing you all the best!

We’ve spent our winter holiday at Sunnsait Appartements two years in a row, and we’re already planning to come back next year. The spot is hard to beat in Maria Alm: right at the bottom of the Natrun lift, which connects to the other lifts, so we didn’t need the car. Restaurants and shops are nearby, and there’s a ski rental across the street. The apartments are spacious, clean, modern and still cosy. Each morning, a basket arrives with fresh bread, pastries, eggs and other groceries, so you can eat in your apartment and enjoy the view of the ski slopes. Once a week, breakfast is served in the hotel lobby. After skiing, the decorated wellness area is a lovely place to unwind, with a pool, infrared sauna, traditional sauna and tea. The owners are incredibly warm and always keen to make the stay as good as possible. They even helped pull our car out of the snow when we got stuck, for the second year running! We’ve been holidaying in the area for about 15 years, and this is by far our favourite place. We warmly recommend Sunnsait Appartements to anyone visiting Maria Alm.
