Hideaway Hotel Montestyria Chalets & Suiten

Our car broke down during the stay, and the team did everything they could to make the situation easier. They found another car so we could check whether the charging station was the problem, drove me somewhere else, and stayed available for the technicians. Since we didn’t know how long roadside assistance would take, they offered a late checkout without hesitation. They went above and beyond to keep the car trouble from ruining our visit. The accommodation and location have already been covered by other reviews, and both are wonderful. I can’t recommend the place highly enough.

My wife and I stayed here with friends during an anniversary trip. We had a two-bedroom chalet with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, fireplace, and balcony overlooking the town and the Alps. The owner manages the place, and the experienced staff were very friendly and attentive to every detail. Sunny weather let us enjoy the open-air heated pool. Breakfast was a typical Austrian spread, set out for us each day in the chalet pantry. As my friends put it, coming down to find everything ready felt “sort of magical.” The mountain air, views, and warm atmosphere at Monte Styria made the trip unforgettable.

The two balconies were a lovely place to take in the views of Mariazell and the surrounding mountains with a morning coffee. Inside, the chalet felt like a home away from home, with a well equipped kitchen and living room, two spacious bedrooms, three floors, a sauna, and two well appointed bathrooms. Its design combines mountain style with comfort, and the views from the bedrooms were beautiful. Montestyria Chalets was spotless, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and ready to help. I had an extraordinary stay and loved the mix of comfort, luxury, and natural beauty.

Helga, Peter, and their team made us feel cared for without ever being intrusive. The chalet was warm and cozy, and all the small touches made each day feel special. Our holiday at Montestyria Mariazell was effortless, and we left refreshed, already looking forward to coming back.
