The lack of Wi-Fi in the room was a letdown, since it was only available in the lobby. I also missed having an iron and ironing board. Still, I had a great stay. The hotel sits in the old part of town beneath green mountains, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The grand, well-lit building has a majestic lobby and a lounge filled with lovely furnishings. Service was acceptable.

The setting around the hotel is astonishing, and inside it feels peaceful, with the atmosphere and decor of a traditional Tirol mansion. Everything was very clean and luxurious. The people were kind, friendly, and helpful, and parking was available. Breakfast was great, and the hotel provides all the facilities. An excellent choice. Thank you.

I felt comfortable even though I don't speak German, since the cordial staff knew enough English. Parking behind the hotel was a bit tight but manageable, and they can give you tokens for free parking at the public garage up the street. My twin room was clean, with a modern-looking bathroom. The windows could be opened all the way or just cracked for ventilation. There was no A/C, which I expected. I enjoyed my stay in Brenner, a small town that I think is a ski community.

The bar is nice, and the food is awesome. On our first stay, the rooms felt cramped for a wheelchair user. Since then, the lobby has been updated with nice ramps, and this time our room was roomy and perfect. I highly recommend this quaint hotel!

The view on an early, rainy morning was amazing, green mountain and cows! In summer, the back garden is beautiful. Breakfast was good, with fresh water from a natural source. The hotel is very, very nice and about 20 minutes by car from Innsbruck.
