The houses are new, comfortable, and have a kitchen we found well equipped. The bus stop right behind them is a real plus, since public transport throughout the Achensee region is free for guests. What really let us down was the internet: access costs extra, and the prices are insanely high. It feels like a total rip-off. In the 21st century, you don't normally pay extra for electricity in this kind of accommodation, and internet shouldn't cost extra either.

The chalet was beautiful, very clean, and we felt welcome and comfortable throughout. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and the resort worked perfectly for our family reunion: two toddlers aged 4 and 5, two dogs, three adults, and two seniors. There was something for everyone nearby, plus a dog shower and an indoor playground. We could have breakfast and excellent dinners there, so there was no need to go out in the evenings. The chalet kitchen seemed well equipped, though we chose not to cook and just enjoy the days as they came. Thank you!

The restaurant on the grounds is well worth trying. We spent a week in the Achensee cabin village and felt at home from the moment we arrived, thanks to such a warm welcome. Our log cabin was spotless and had everything we needed. Thanks to the Kinigadner family for a lovely stay. Best wishes from Maulbronn, the Weber family. We'll definitely come back.

The campsite was quiet, tidy, and well organized, and the cabin was clean, well cared for, and had excellent amenities. We enjoyed the delicious restaurant food, which was very reasonably priced, and the service was top-notch. The scenery is beautiful, with lots of hikes and other activities to choose from. This was our second stay in a cabin, and we'll definitely return.
