The location made it easy to get around on foot, and breakfast each morning was delicious. We spent a week here and had a lovely time. The rooms are a little dated, but that didn’t take away from the stay. The staff were friendly and always happy to help.

The room was spacious, the bed was good, and we had a nice view. The TV was huge, though we don’t speak German and left it off. The coffee was good, and breakfast was okay if you got up early and found something to eat, though it could be better. The Wi-Fi wasn’t as useful as we’d hoped since A1 was slow too. Most of all, the walls were so thin we could hear EVERYTHING from the neighbors. We had different sleeping hours, which wasn’t great, but at least we couldn’t understand their language. Friendly staff, though. Five stars for them.

Sabrina was so kind and made us a special gluten-free breakfast each morning. We had a great time at this beautiful hotel, and our room was lovely too.

The view from our room and balcony was something we had to look at all week, with building work going on. They shouldn’t have put guests on that side of the hotel during construction. When I complained, I was told, “Look up not down”! That wasn’t good enough. It could have been a lovely stay otherwise.

We only stopped in for coffee, so I can’t comment on staying overnight. The hotel is beautiful and its Cafe restaurant is nice. I’m sure the rooms are very good too.
