The room was comfortable and clean, and Anette made sure we felt looked after from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was a highlight, with lots of tasty homemade things. We spent two nights at Gästehaus Bacher and would happily come back. During a friendly chat, Anette heard we were hoping to visit Mauterndorf Castle and arranged free entry for us through the LungauCard. A thoroughly deserved five stars!
Annette Bacher is a wonderful hostess. The whole stay felt relaxed and welcoming, and we’d love to return. The room was very clean and cared for. It’s peaceful there, while destinations around the area are still just a short trip away. We were also treated to homemade goodies like schnapps, jams, and juices, and received a really warm welcome.
A lovely family-run guesthouse in an idyllic spot, close to the Fanningberg, Grosseck/Speiereck, and Katschberg ski areas. In summer, hiking and biking routes are practically right outside.
The apartment may be small, but it has everything needed, and the terrace is huge with a beautiful view. It was very clean, and the hostess made us feel incredibly welcome. The bread delivery service is a great touch for fresh rolls in the morning.
We’ve already booked for winter. The apartment was great, and the hostess was so friendly. It’s also really well placed for hiking in summer.
