Bauernhof Bertsch

The Pentecost week was wonderful, with great experiences both around the farm and nearby. Johanna and Martin, thanks for making us feel so welcome and letting us be part of farm life. The products you make are lovely, and the landscape is stunning. My own highlight was getting to join the cattle drive up to the alpine pastures. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Our daughter, who’s two and a half, had the best time at Bertsch Farm. She fed the rabbits, visited the goats and chickens, watched the cows go out to pasture in the mornings, and most excitingly, got to be there when a calf was born. We also enjoyed the farm’s homemade food, especially the fresh milk and eggs, yogurt, and cheese. Johanna, Martin, and their children welcomed us so warmly from the start. The apartment was clean and cozy, and we felt at home right away. Thanks for such a lovely stay!

The apartment was absolutely clean and well furnished, and we felt completely at home. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and the place was quiet. It’s well situated for skiing down to the valley when there’s snow. The children got to help in the barn, and we heard a lot about farm life. It was all very interesting.

Dear Bertsch Family, our group of five boys and four adults had a lovely week with you. Each room was very clean and well equipped, with its own sink, and some had Swiss pine beds. Having direct access to every room from the balcony worked really well. The children loved playing with yours in the yard, and especially enjoyed the ride up to the alpine pasture to see the cows.
