The family were so considerate, helpful, and welcoming, and the accommodation was bright, spotless, and had everything we needed. Maps weren't accurate, so follow the hostess's directions, but we found our way and loved being here. Beautiful countryside and town, and a great place for families!

The view is breathtaking, and the landlady is very friendly. This is a fantastic holiday apartment with a garden, and each unit is exceptionally well equipped. The beds are comfortable too. There's a children's room with bunk beds, a double bedroom, and an open-plan living room with two sofas, one of which can be made into a bed. The kitchen has a small dining area. The toilet and bathroom are separate. The only downside is that the bathroom is very small. We look forward to staying here.

It was fairly clean, but the room I was given felt more like a broom cupboard than a bedroom. Three people were quite cramped in there, so my rating is pretty lukewarm.

Mellau is a lovely, peaceful village, and this place has all the comforts. Machteld, our hostess, gave us a friendly welcome and all the important information. We'd be happy to spend another vacation here.
