We’ve visited several times and love this natural setting for a relaxed family holiday. The food is good, especially in the evenings. The terrace is a lovely place to take in the lake and mountain views. The beach is a five-minute walk downhill, and there’s an art exhibition from June to September, three minutes away in the old monastery. It’s best to choose a south-facing room. Rooms facing other directions may get noise from the childcare, deliveries, the stream or waterfall, and the Youth room, and they get less natural light.

The apartment was spacious, with a beautiful view, and the food was delicious, with lots of choice and an emphasis on regional, home-cooked dishes. There’s a huge range of things for kids, including go carts, different playgrounds, an indoor climbing wall, and more. Hotel staff also offer guided activities such as fishing and mountain biking. From arrival to departure, everyone was super friendly and helpful. We loved our three days at the hotel and would recommend it anytime.

There are so many family details here, from childcare and a playroom to ski lessons in the hotel garden and the beach. The facilities are amazing, and the food is very good, with delicious breakfast and dinner. It’s such a cozy, comfortable place with lovely staff. A wonderful spot for kids and families. We’ll definitely be back!

Our family of four, with boys aged 8 and 6, had a fun, relaxing stay at Familienhotel Post in March. The food, rooms, and staff were all great, and there are plenty of ski trips in the area to set out on from here. The boys had lots to do, from basketball and climbing in the gym to swimming and hiking around the lake and nearby hills. Adults had activities too, including hikes in the beautiful nature, plus time to relax in the sauna and pool. We’ll definitely return for our next holiday.

The town is lovely and well worth visiting, and the rooms are spacious. There’s a small torrent near the hotel that sounds great. The hotel is made up of old connected rooms, so getting around with luggage is difficult. Still, it’s a very nice place to stay with kids.
