We spent four nights here with the family and had an amazing time. The location is ideal, close to the lake and other local attractions. The kids enjoyed the games and toys on site, including table tennis, football, and swimming. The food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

We had a great holiday here with friends. The kids had loads of fun in the swimming pool, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel room bed was comfortable, and the corridors had lots of beautiful paintings.

We spent the day skiing, and getting to the nearest resort took only 20 minutes. The hotel sits by the lake with the mountains all around, which made for a really relaxing family getaway. Our room was spotless, and the staff were friendly and quick to help. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent, especially that amazing soup they served each day.

The rooms were comfortable and very clean, with brand-new bedding and bathroom supplies. Everyone on staff was helpful and efficient, and the food was excellent for a five-star hotel. We loved the lake and mountain views beside Millstatter See, and the royal portraits of Franz Josef and Princess Sissi gave the place a feeling of stepping back in time. Such a lovely stay, we'd happily come back and recommend it.

I spent a winter week here and found the rooms cosy and very clean. Dinner at the hotel's restaurant was really good, and there's a bar for an evening beer. The staff were professional throughout. There was plenty of parking, plus a separate place to store ski gear.
