The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the hotel has an indoor pool, a gear storage room, oversized games for kids in the lounge, and even an indoor smoking room. You can get a skipass at the hotel, and the bus to the lift stops right outside. Full Pension includes a big breakfast, coffee and cake, soup at lunch, and a lavish dinner, all of a good standard and freshly made. It's a really nice spa hotel, though a bit pricey. If you have money to spare, it's worth a visit for the hotel comfort and luxury. You can stay in Riezlern for less and find similar accommodation, but if cost isn't an issue, it's a good choice.
