The restaurant left the worst impression. Some staff really did try, but it felt like the place was mainly focused on getting as much money from guests as possible. We asked to take the leftover coffee from breakfast for the long drive home and were told we had to pay for it. We said no, and they threw it away. The hotel itself is in a great spot, an easy walk to central Riezlern, with a peaceful setting and lovely mountain views. Our room was clean and renovated, and the bathroom was small but modern. The beds were small for someone 2 meters tall, and the mattresses weren’t very good. Reception shuts at 8 pm, which felt early since you need it for things like the sauna, table tennis, and table soccer.

A really nice place for families with young kids. The basement has several different playrooms, including a great one for little children with a kitchen and big building blocks. It was clean and tidy, and generally quiet.

My family has been coming here for more than 40 years, and we plan to keep returning. The view from the apartment is beautiful, the staff are friendly and helpful, and breakfast is good with plenty of refills. My bed was comfortable, though the other bed in the apartment was due for an update.

There’s a swimming pool and a restaurant, and the apartment we stayed in was small but fine, equipped with everything except an oven. It did have a microwave. The hotel is quite large, with lots of apartments, some renovated and some still waiting for renovation. The frustrating part was the walk back from skiing. The road down to the hotel is steep and very slippery, even after salt has been spread, so going down in ski boots felt dangerous. The hotel bus only runs in the morning.
