The restaurant is really good, though the portions could be a bit bigger. Breakfast has everything you need, including the option to cook your own bacon and eggs. The apartments are nice, the staff friendly, and the indoor pool area clean. I took a star off because breakfast doesn’t start until 7:30 and the kitchen closes at 20:00 for dinner, which makes it hard to fit in long activities. Maybe those hours are normal for the region, but they don’t suit my sleep schedule.

What a shame, since we’d enjoyed staying here before. There was a change of ownership in May 2026, but although we were in touch by email, no one told us when we booked in April 2026. A week before our holiday was to begin, we got an email saying the booking was cancelled because of “operational delays.” When I called, I was told they were still waiting for their operating permit and had only cancelled then because they hoped it would be granted within the relevant timeframe. They showed no consideration for the impact of cancelling so late, and offered no alternative accommodation or anything similar.

I first stayed here in 2022, and this time room 401 was fantastic. Everything was great, thank you so much! Having a private sauna in the room would make the stay perfect, instead of only having one in the spa area.

The staff were super friendly, and the food was excellent, with the chef cooking here. Our room was a little older but clean, with a lovely view and a balcony. The pool was very large. The hotel sits a bit above the main road, so traffic noise isn’t too noticeable. Bus stops are close by, and bus travel is included in the price with the guest card, which is very convenient.
