Apartment Steger 2

The natural wood gives the apartment a lovely feel, and you can see the care that went into it, especially from the owner’s husband, who is a carpenter. We booked two extra days while staying in Saalbach so we could see the downhill World Cup race in nearby Kitzbühel. The listing looked almost too good to be true, but the place was even better in person. It’s spacious, with underfloor heating, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, two well-equipped bathrooms, and comfortable beds in both bedrooms. Heidi is direct, honest, and very willing to help with guests’ requests. We’d happily return and recommend it for a family stay away from the bustle. Very pleasant.

Each bedroom having its own bathroom gave our group extra privacy, and the dishwasher made everything easier. The apartment is in a peaceful spot but still central, with several ski areas easy to reach. We went to Bramberg am Wildkogel for tobogganing and to the Hahnenkamm Races in Kitzbühel, both straightforward trips from there. Heidi looked after us throughout, including bringing fresh towels. She welcomed us with homemade Sachertorte and sent us off with a little jar of homemade jam, both such thoughtful touches. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The apartment is gorgeous, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed. We’d gladly come back and recommend the place and Heidi.

Heidi gave us Sachertorte when we arrived and blueberry jam when we left. Such a lovely touch. The apartment was quiet, very clean, and had everything we could need. We loved it all! 🌟

The hosts made us feel so welcome, they were genuinely lovely and friendly. The apartment is stylish, has everything you need, and sits somewhere quiet with a stunning balcony view. Several ski resorts are easy to get to. Thanks for a lovely stay!
