The service was great, and the apartment-hotel was clean, roomy, and had a lovely view from the balcony. I wasn't keen on having to pay extra for more towels, and the pillows really need replacing. The lights in the family room switched off too early while people were still using it, with no way to turn them back on. Even so, it's a peaceful place to unwind, and I'd happily return.

We booked a standard room at a good rate, then got upgraded to a better room with a sauna at no extra cost. Parking was included, and they even offered us a complimentary cup of tea at check-in. The location is perfect, and the hotel is amazing for the price.

We had such a good week here with the kids, with plenty more to do than we managed to fit in. The mountain had lots of games and activities, and we loved sliding back down after exploring. There was clean spring water from the tap, fresh air, and cool mountain winds in summer. Next time, we still want to try the reservoir swimming, tree climbing, and drift bikes. We'll definitely come back!

The staff were all helpful and smiled, and the hotel felt like a high standard. Everything was new, clean, and well cared for, with spacious rooms, bathrooms, and a children's corner. It's close to the lift and seems great for either a summer or winter holiday. Honestly, it deserves more than three stars. Highly recommended.

This hotel has made our all-time top ten, which says a lot since we travel often. The staff were among the most service-minded we've met in ages, and the views are awesome. Rooms and apartments are modern, clean, and have everything you could want nearby. We'll be back for sure.
