We were grateful for the hostess's warm hospitality and would love to return. The three of us had a fantastic vacation apartment, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed. Her recommendations for restaurants, taxis, and other things were excellent. When we arrived, we were immediately introduced to another guest with similar interests. Thank you so much, dear Renate. The bus stop is practically outside, and there are lovely short and long walks starting right from the cottage. The road is quiet, not very busy in the day and with no traffic in the evening. We stayed two weeks in the 'Sonnenwohnung' with our two dogs. They welcomed us warmly, and the apartment was spacious and clean. It has a big sunny balcony with a view, partly shared with the neighbors but separated by a wall, plus a roomy bathroom and bedroom, a living room with French doors, and a small kitchenette with everything you need. The road up to Das Sonneck gets quite steep during the last ten minutes, so you're in first or second gear, but a regular car can manage it. There's a good Spar supermarket in Mulbach am Hochkonig.
