Such a quiet place to unwind, with an unbelievable view of the incredible mountains. The fresh farm eggs were tasty too. If peace and relaxation are what you're after, this place is definitely a good fit.

The house was spotless, and everything inside seemed new. The manager was kind and helped with everything I asked. It's about 15 minutes from Murau, up at a much higher elevation in a fairly isolated, quiet spot with an excellent view. It can get foggy, though that didn't bother me. A couple of things were less convenient. The toilet is split between the main bathroom and a separate basin room, which made things a bit awkward, and that room could use better ventilation. Insects come in quickly if you leave the windows or doors open, so screens would be useful. There's no nearby shop either, so you'll need to head down to the city for supplies. I'd happily stay again and recommend it. It's a very good choice for the price.

We spent six days in this wonderful spot, with so much peace and quiet. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The owner's brandy was delicious 😊. The surrounding area is charming, with clear streams and chanterelles all through the forest. We'll definitely be back.
