The rooms were lovely and really comfortable, and the restaurant food was great. The only issue was the wedding on the night we stayed. Our room was right above it, so we didn't get the best sleep. We spoke with the staff and they did their best to help. We had received an email about the wedding before check-in, but couldn't cancel because of the cancellation agreement with booking .com.

We had a great breakfast with fresh ingredients and plenty of choice, and the restaurant served delicious food with very friendly service. The wellness area was spacious, modern, and well equipped. Our room was beautiful and clean, with high-quality furniture and a stylish bathroom. A wonderful hotel with amazing views of the Tyrolean mountains. Everything was perfect, and we'll definitely be back!

We came for the seasonal specials, the “kulinarische Highlights,” but they weren't available. They did offer a courtesy dessert, though that didn't make up for the main issues. We were forgotten between courses while tables that arrived later were served and finished, despite the promise of “bester Service.” The room was loud enough that conversation was impossible. When we asked to move somewhere quieter, we were refused, even though the website and social media promise a “stilvolles Ambiente.” Noise management didn't seem to be part of their idea of style. The actual experience fell short of the advertised service and atmosphere.

Even though we were there for only about 10 hours, I was impressed by how well everything went. We arrived around 9:00 PM on July 15th and a kind woman at reception welcomed us warmly. I didn't get her name, but she explained everything clearly, made us feel at ease, and never acted as if we were a bother. Her English was excellent and a pleasure to listen to. The room was spacious, absolutely perfect, and had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and better than we expected. I can't think of anything to complain about, and I'd definitely come back.
