The food was a highlight: breakfast had nearly everything you could want, and dinner included some regional dishes. The hotel also has lovely mountain views, though it takes about 30 minutes by tram to reach the city. Our room felt a little dated, and I’d hoped for better toiletries, such as shower gel. What was provided felt more like the basic kind you’d find in a hostel.

I really enjoyed my stay at this pension and hotel in Mutters. The rooms were comfortable and modern, and breakfast was incredible. It’s on a hill in the Alps, with beautiful views over Innsbruck and the mountains.

A calm, beautiful place that seems well suited to a longer holiday. The view is good if you get a room with a mountain-facing window. It’s a long way from the city centre, which can be inconvenient if you want to go out at night and depend on public transport. A taxi from the centre costs around 20-22 euros. Otherwise, things look good.

We slept well in this quiet, cosy place, and the furniture was in excellent condition. Breakfast was good too. The coffee machines could be faster, or there could be more of them.

From the balcony, you get a great view of the city because the hotel is up on the hill. The room was big, and the location and service were both great. I booked breakfast with the room, and check-in and breakfast are at the hotel next door. They share the same staff.
