We even got a Christmas greeting card from the owners after we'd returned to Denmark. Such a lovely gesture. This is a family-run hotel with very hospitable, friendly people and clean, tidy rooms. The town is small, with pretty streets to walk along, and there's fishing and a lovely pond near the hotel. The food is delicious, and you can choose from a buffet.

We stayed for 12 nights and had a great time. The room had plenty of space to relax, and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast offered lots of choice, and there's an elevator in the hotel. The owners were kind and helpful, which made us feel welcome. The view was beautiful even in the rain, and there are lots of places nearby for hikes and walks.

A lovely spot to unwind away from the city and crowds, with views of the lake or mountains. Breakfast was great, everything was clean, and the staff and owners were friendly. They don't take credit cards, and the shower is a bit small, but I'd still give it five stars. Thank you.

The staff are outgoing and the hotel itself is very nice. Be ready for a very loud bell at 6am, though it may only ring on Sunday. You'll need German, as nobody speaks English.

The host was welcoming and very friendly, and breakfast was excellent. The hotel is in a lovely location too.
