The personal approach from the brilliant staff made us feel really welcome and special. It’s been almost a year since my January 2023 visit to Central, and I’m still impressed. The food is absolutely five-star, truly gastronomical. The spa is spacious without feeling so big that you could get lost, and the restaurant, rooms, wellness area, and hotel are all very clean. The room is quite large and has all the amenities. The hotel is right in the middle of Nauders, near the bus stop, just as the name suggests. If you’re planning a stay in Nauders this winter or summer, this is easily the best option.

My wife and I spent two fantastic weeks at this hotel in the Panorama 3000 room for our yearly hiking and biking holiday. The room was tastefully furnished, the view was spectacular, the food was delicious, and the staff and owners were very open and friendly. We rode our mountain bikes on lots of great trails, with Gerry, the hotel's professional bike guide, giving us advice that helped us find them. He knows the region inside and out, across many levels of riding. The hike and bike combination up to the top of Schartlkopf was a great experience. We can definitely recommend this hotel for a luxury mountain bike holiday.

After a full day out, this is a great place to unwind in the spa and have a really good meal before bed. The hotel is close to everything in the village, and the rooms are spacious, spotless, and look new. The food and service were much better than I expected. The village is charming and beautiful, though quite quiet, and the hotel may have limited appeal for children. I highly recommend it for an active holiday.

The food was excellent, and this was the best hotel experience I've had. Highly recommend.

I keep coming back because it’s amazing. The food, rooms, and service are all far more than good.
