Hotel Arabella has felt like my own place for more than 15 years. The atmosphere is warm, the service is great, and the location is just right. I always enjoy coming back, and hope to visit many more times.

We had a great time here, with fantastic service. It seems perfect for a winter holiday. We'll have to come back in summer and see 😎.

The room was clean, tidy, and well equipped, and I especially loved the bathroom. The balcony view was excellent, and the facilities were great, particularly the pool, sky-sauna, and bikes for rent. The service was professional too. It was our first stay at Arabella hotel with the family, and we'll definitely return. Can't wait to see you again :)

The place itself is absolutely gorgeous, but the service was terrible. For an already expensive room, there wasn't even soap or dishwashing liquid, and breakfast and lunch cost extra. The location is what makes this place stand out, but there are much better value options nearby. The staff are quite friendly, though it's hard to reach them about half the time, and cleaning only happens every 5-6 days. I went once and won't be coming back.

The modern hotel sits in the cosy town of Nauders, and we felt relaxed and happy as soon as we arrived. Our apartment had everything we needed, and the saunas and baths were great. The staff were excellent, and everything was cleaned to perfection. They also offer different ways to explore the area. We took the e-scooters (step ;) ) to the Resschensee and would recommend it to anyone. We're hoping to come back soon!
