There’s little to no soundproofing between the rooms and the corridor, so we could hear conversations outside and they could hear us. There’s no daily housekeeping, which we actually prefer. The rooms are comfortable, with big, comfy beds, a good shower pressure, and mountain views. Breakfast had plenty of choice and freshly cooked eggs, though a few more vegetarian and dairy-free options would be nice. We really enjoyed our stay and the owners were friendly. It’s about a five-minute drive to Nauders, and parking at the ski resort is free. We didn’t use the ski bus because it was always full, so I can’t comment on it. The sauna was great, but it’s closed on Mondays, apparently for the health of the sauna, even though it’s only open four hours a day. We stayed three nights and only got to use it once. Keep this in mind if you’re staying over a Monday. This should be mentioned on the website, as the sauna was a big reason we chose the hotel. It would’ve been nice to know before the day itself. After a long day skiing, there’s nothing better than melting in the sauna. We paid full price. They offered a little compensation, but that only meant we wouldn’t be charged for bathrobes, which we hadn’t known came with a fee anyway. They’d been offered as if included, with no mention of a charge. A pretty disappointing end to the stay. I still gave four stars because the bed was comfortable, breakfast was excellent, and the owners were friendly. Please be more transparent.

Our dachshunds Kraken and Falkor loved it here too. The owners/staff were the real stars, funny, helpful, and just great people. The hotel has a cool, modern look and awesome mountain views. Waking up in bed and watching the sun climb over the mountains was phenomenal.

We loved it so much we added two nights, spending our time lying in bed watching the light change on the mountains. It was one of our best stays ever, with unbelievable views and a great location. It’s convenient for restaurants, but away from the noise of the center and the smell of cow dung we noticed there. The hosts were fantastic, helpful, friendly, and kind. We had dinner there two nights in a row because the home-cooked food was top-notch and they made us feel at home. Breakfast was exceptionally good, with eggs made to order, their own honey, and the best croissants this side of Paris. We never needed lunch. The downstairs spa was lovely, with different types of saunas and steam baths. Highly recommend it, and hope we can return!

We stayed five days in February 2020 with a larger group. The staff of two were very friendly and helpful, and everything was spotlessly clean. The apartments were spacious, with modern furniture and up-to-date technology. We especially liked the morning bread service and the excellent, varied spa area, a great place to relax after a tiring day on the mountain. It has 60°C and 85°C saunas, an infrared sauna, a steam sauna, and a chill-out area. This hotel really added to our holiday. We’d recommend it to anyone, 100 out of 100, and will most likely visit again next year. Thanks!

Easygoing owner, great value for money, and just a two-minute walk to the village center and the ski buses. A perfect place to stay and definitely worth recommending!
